So basically Operations executive role is for Bsc IT, Bsc CS, BCA graduates, specifically freshers. While For engineering graduates they hire System Engineers. In the Operations executive role, they will train you for few months and will allot you different languages to work upon. If they see that you are catching up on things well and can implement those things in the application or development part then after your training is done, they will place you for the development role else if your performance is not good then you will be placed in the testing role or even support role. So, everything depends upon your hard work, efforts and willingness to learn and adapt new things.
